Realistic Bodily Needs for QBCore
Sleep. Bladder. Bowel. Hygiene. Four needs that drain in real time and give your players something to actually roleplay around. Not another bar that just sits there. Built for lifestyle and casual RP servers. Drops in next to hunger and thirst, stores on player metadata exactly the way QBCore already does it, and works with every toilet and shower on your map. Including the ones baked into MLOs.
Features
Needs that mean something
• Four independent needs on a 0–100 comfort scale with per-need drain rates
• Staged warnings at configurable warn/critical thresholds — no per-tick spam
• Miss the threshold and don’t make it to a toilet? Accidents happen, and they
leave a mark on the ground
Sleep with real consequences
• Sleep restores through your existing emote resource (rpemotes / rpemotes-reborn
/ dpemotes) — your character lies down for it
• Detects any sleep or passout emote and recovers you passively while it plays
• Skip sleep too long and stress climbs, wired into qb-hud out of the box
• Tired players heal less. Exported healing multiplier scales item and revive
Showers and hygiene
• Real showers fill hygiene smoothly while you stand in them, and wash blood,
dirt, and sweat off the character model
• Open-water bathing gets you presentable but capped — a proper shower gets you
fully clean
• Optional RTX Housing integration for interior shower detection
Proximity audio (yes, really)
• Farts, flushes, and the rest broadcast to nearby players at real distance
falloff. Server-validated against an allowlist so a modified client can’t
broadcast anything you didn’t ship
• /fart command included, because your players were going to ask
Custom NUI
• Clean /body menu plus an always-on HUD
• Players drag the HUD wherever they want and their position saves
• Bound to F7 by default, rebindable in FiveM keybind settings
Server-safe by default
Written to survive a public server, not just a dev box:
• Every net event is throttled per-player — no event can be spammed as a load
vector or a grief tool
• Admin panel input is validated and clamped server-side before it’s persisted
• Sound broadcasts checked against a config allowlist
• Admin actions gated by ace perms, QBCore permission levels, or a hard
citizenid whitelist — whichever your server uses
• Settings persist through restarts and survive a reset without wiping your registered fixtures
Requirements
• QBCore (required)
• qb-hud — optional, for skipped-sleep stress. Event name is configurable
• rpemotes / rpemotes-reborn / dpemotes — optional, for the lie-down sleep anim
• RTX Housing — optional, for interior shower detection
Every optional dependency degrades gracefully. Missing one won’t error your
console, the related feature just goes quiet.
OneSync compatible. lua54. No database tables — needs live on QBCore metadata,
settings live in server KVP.
